Queen Elizabeth II is 94 years old this year, and has been the lone monarch of the vast British empire
since 1952 when, at age 25 she took the throne.
The vast holdings of The Crown includes castles and mansions, retail and business districts. When QEII passes, these holdings will pass on to the next person to wear the crown, her eldest son, Prince Charles.
An avid horse racing fan and owner, the Crown's horses have enjoyed a very successful run in the past decades with Queen Elizabeth at the helm. Little known fact: Elizabeth served as a mechanic and truck driver during WWII and is somewhat of a gearhead. She, the Crown of course, owns a car collection with a reported 21M English Pounds
She's steadfastly headed the British empire in the world for going on 70 years, and she will soon pass the mantle to another who is destined for the crown. But at 94, the mild Queen Mother has made Charles wait handsomely for his turn. Charles' turn at the monarchy will likely cover only 1 or 2 decades, then it will be Prince William. I believe the Crown's jewels across the world will be preserved and revered by this next generation. Godspeed to all.
