Spike Runs His Smartphone(mouth)

Spike Lee owes more than an apology, but what are ya gonna do? How about a lifetime boycott?

You got it.

Apparently the indy film producer, overcome with indignation over the Trayvon killing tweeted an address he thought belonged to George Zimmerman. Considering what could have concievably happenend as a result, he could be guilty of accessory to murder. It was the wrong address, though, and the couple who lived there had to flee for fear of their lives. Now, Lee apologizes and askes his followers to leave the couple alone.

From cbsnews.com: An elderly couple with a son named George Zimmerman have left their house. Elaine and David McClain, "we are afraid for our lives. He's (shooter Zimmerman) got to be 100 times that"

As an interesting aside: after apologizing for retweeting an address, (to his 250k followers on twitt3r), said to be that of George Zimmerman, which by the way the original tweeter of the address was an L.A. man and had sent the address to several celebs though Lee was the only one to retweet it, Lee has spent the day reposting negative messages he has recieved since sharing the McClains' address. I hope he's busy busy.

The Stand Your Ground Law

Florida State Attorney Angela Cory has told ABC News, "The stand-your-ground law is one portion of justifiable use of deadly force, and what that means is that the state must go forward and be able to prove it's case beyond a reasonable doubt...So it makes the case in general more difficult than a normal criminal case."

"The law," continues Cory, "affords people enourmous leeway to use deadly force if they feel their life is seriously endangered."

Zimmerman's counsel Craig Sonner said Zimmerman felt "one of them was going to die that night," when he pulled the trigger.

In a non helpful way, (I can't even joke about it), The new black panthers, who last week issued a bounty on the 'capture' of George Zimmerman of $10,000 have upped the reward to $1mil. This is truly ourtageous, as no doubt, some ignorant fool will take seriously the fact that there's $1million out there to bust a cap into that cracker. Worse, this unbelievable newsblurb has been ignored by the public at large. So much so the NBP's upped the reward. Even more pathetic is what the libs will say when a wild, deranged black guy kills George Zimmerman: "Well, he DID deserve it though".

This should be a clear case of intimidation and defamatory lawsuit, but we have no confidence the Holder Justice Department will persue this case.

Hate Crime Charges Coming from Justice Department in South Carolina Beatin? Not??

From Casey Vaughn and Aaron Barker of FOXCarolina online:

6 Charged in beating of NC man in Seneca, SC

A man was beaten at an Applebee's in Seneca, SC in an apparent racially motivated attack by 15-20 blacks. Sherriff Dept. has arrested 6 black males in connection with the assault, charging each today with assault and battery by mob. A statement from an anonymous witness (making it uncorroborated) is Moore (Tony Moore, 32 of Macon County NC) dropped the N bomb inside the restaurant. So they kicked the stuffing out of him for saying a word they each say to each other almost unconsciously. Just don't claim it wasn't racially motivated. Period. Looks like hate crime charges are looming. Problem is, they didn't make the law to protect the white guy!

Vegas should have Holders' prosecution of this case at about 50:1 charges will actually be filed.

From independentmail.com, Mar 22: Tony Moore, 32, of Macon County, NC, Coming out of an Applebees, Moore was taunted with racial epithets, such as tree honkey and cracker, then "he was hit and everything went black." According to witnesses, an attacker used a stun gun on Moore, and Moore remembers being on the ground and hit repeatedly though he couldn't remember the beating immediately afterwards, according to the police report. Officers were called at 12:50a.m. and reportedly no one was willing or able to come forward with helpful information.

Sherriff's spokesmen say the case has been sent on to Justice Department.
